Each dish is a tribute to local recipes, carefully simmered to offer all that our island has to offer.
At La Marmite, you won’t leave hungry! The all-you-can-eat buffet lets you try everything, whether you’re a fan of chicken curry or rougail saucisses. What’s more, there’s a wide choice: each marmite offers a typical dish, enhanced by fresh, local produce. Not sure what to choose? Try it all, it’s allowed!
Here, tradition is no laughing matter. Every pot is cooked over a wood fire, just as our grandmothers used to do. This slow, controlled cooking method gives the dishes a unique, homemade, Reunionese flavor. The result? Generous curries, fragrant sauces and tender meats.
