Monday to Saturday, 7pm to 11pm
Sundays from 12 noon to 2pm.
At the Marmite, you won’t leave hungry! The all-you-can-eat buffet means you can try everything, whether you’re a fan of chicken curry or rougail saucisses. What’s more, there’s a huge choice: each cooking pot offers a typical dish, enhanced by fresh, local produce. Not sure what to choose? Try it all, it’s allowed!
Here, tradition is no laughing matter. Every pot is cooked over a wood fire, just like our grandmothers used to do. This slow, controlled method of cooking gives the dishes a unique flavour, homemade from Reunion soil. The result? Generous curries, fragrant sauces and tender meats.
As well as delighting your taste buds, The Marmite is ideally located, just across the road from Hermitage beach. It’s the perfect place to share a meal with family or friends in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and then head off to relax in the Hermitage lagoon.
